1. 30-Day Return Window

At Chico's Natural Pet Market, we want you and your pet to be 100% satisfied with every bolster bed, pad, or supply. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days from the delivery date for a full refund or product exchange.

2. Return Conditions & Procedure

To qualify for a full refund under our guarantee:

• Items must be in original condition with original tags or box where applicable.
• Defective, damaged, or incorrect items receive a prepaid return label free of charge.
• Contact support via email at support@chicospetmarket.com or call +1 (202) 243-8484 to obtain your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

3. Refund Processing Timeline

Once your returned item is received at our Alexandria warehouse, it will be inspected within 24 to 48 hours. Upon approval, your refund will be automatically issued back to your original payment method (Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, or Google Pay) within 3 to 5 business days.
